Payout Rules
- Salary unlock: ₹6,400 salary is released only when the monthly target of ₹40,000 is achieved.
- Carry-forward: If the month’s target is not met, the shortfall carries forward to the next month.
- Deferred salary: The previous month’s salary is released when its pending target is fully covered and the current month’s target is also achieved.
- Direct Incentive 5%: Paid every month on personal realized sales, irrespective of salary unlock.
- Validation: Sales counted only after payment realization/return window as per company policy.
Example: If in June you achieve ₹30,000 (₹10,000 short), then in July you must complete June’s pending ₹10,000 and also July’s ₹40,000. When both are completed, June ₹6,400 salary is released along with July salary (if July target is also achieved). 5% incentive is paid monthly on realized sales.
Compliance & Eligibility
- Age 18+ with valid ID (KYC as per company guidelines).
- Follow code of conduct, pricing, and authorized sales channels.
- Training attendance may be mandatory; non-compliance can pause payouts.
