Credit & Incentive Logic
- Direct Customer Sales → 100% target credit and 5% direct incentive is paid on every realized direct sale, whether or not the monthly target is completed.
- HR (team) Sales count as 40% target credit toward the HRC’s monthly target. No 5% incentive on this 40% portion
- The HRC may both manage HRs and sell directly. Only the direct portion earns the 5% incentive.
- Credit example: ₹4,50,000 direct ⇒ ₹4,50,000 credit; ₹6,00,000 via HRs ⇒ ₹2,40,000 credit (40%).
Payout, Carry-Forward & Partial Unlock
- Full salary unlock: ₹2,31,000 salary is released only when the monthly credited target of ₹14,50,000 is achieved.
- Carry-forward: Any monthly shortfall carries forward to the next month as pending.
- Deferred salary rule: Any unreleased salary from a month is paid when its pending target is fully covered and the current month’s full target is also achieved.
- Direct Incentive (5%): Paid monthly on realized direct sales only, regardless of target completion. No 5% on HR-credited 40% portion.
- Partial salary unlock: If total credited sales in a month (Direct 100% + HR 40%) reach at least ₹7,00,000, the HRC receives an immediate ₹1,20,000 part of that month’s salary. The remaining ₹1,11,000 for that month is paid when the full monthly target (₹14,50,000) is eventually completed (carry-forward applies).
- Realization: Sales are counted after payment realization/return window per company policy.
Early support at ₹7.0 lakh credited progress while still requiring full target completion for the remaining salary.
