Credit & Incentive Logic
  1. Direct Customer Sales → 100% target credit and 5% direct incentive is paid on every realized direct sale, whether or not the monthly target is completed.
  2. Sales Manager (SM) team sales count as 40% target credit toward the HR’s monthly target. No 5% incentive on this 40% portion
  3. The HR may both manage SMs and sell directly. Only the direct portion earns the 5% incentive.
  4. Credit example: ₹4,00,000 direct ⇒ ₹4,00,000 credit; ₹5,00,000 via SMs ⇒ ₹2,00,000 credit (40%).
Payout, Carry-Forward & Partial Unlock
  1. Full salary unlock: ₹1,93,000 salary is released only when the monthly credited target of ₹12,00,000 is achieved.
  2. Carry-forward: Any monthly shortfall carries forward to the next month as pending.
  3. Deferred salary rule: Any unreleased salary from a month is paid when its pending target is fully covered and the current month’s full target is also achieved.
  4. Direct Incentive (5%): Paid monthly on realized direct sales only, regardless of target completion. No 5% on SM-credited 40% portion.
  5. Partial salary unlock: If total credited sales in a month (Direct 100% + SM 40%) reach at least ₹6,00,000, the HR receives an immediate ₹1,00,000 part of that month’s salary. The remaining ₹93,000 for that month is paid when the full monthly target (₹12,00,000) is eventually completed (carry-forward applies).
  6. Realization: Sales are counted after payment realization/return window per company policy.
Early support at ₹6.0 lakh credited progress while still requiring full target completion for the remaining salary.
