Credit & Incentive Logic
- Direct Customer Sales → 100% target credit and 5% direct incentive is paid on every realized direct sale, whether or not the monthly target is completed.
- PRM (team) Sales count as 40% target credit toward the Manager’s target. No 5% incentive on this 40% portion
- The Manager may both manage PRMs and sell directly. Only the direct portion earns the 5% incentive.
- Credit example: ₹2,00,000 direct ⇒ ₹2,00,000 credit; ₹3,00,000 via PRMs ⇒ ₹1,20,000 credit (40%).
Payout, Carry-Forward & Partial Unlock
- Full salary unlock: ₹83,500 salary is released only when the monthly credited target of ₹5,24,200 is achieved.
- Carry-forward: Any monthly shortfall carries forward to the next month as pending.
- Deferred salary rule: The previous month’s remaining salary is released when its pending target is fully covered and the current month’s full target is also achieved.
- Direct Incentive (5%): Paid monthly on realized direct sales only, regardless of target completion. No 5% on PRM-credited 40% portion.
- Partial salary unlock (first month threshold): If total credited sales (Direct 100% + PRM 40%) reach at least ₹2,50,000 in a month, the Manager receives an immediate ₹40,000 part of the salary for that month. The remaining ₹43,500 for that month is paid when the full monthly target (₹5,24,200) is eventually completed, following the standard carry-forward rule.
- Realization: Sales are counted after payment realization/return window per company policy.
This allows early support at ₹2.5 lakh credited progress while still requiring full target completion for the remaining salary.
