Credit & Incentive Logic
  1. Direct Customer Sales → 100% target credit and 5% direct incentive is paid on every realized direct sale, whether or not the monthly target is completed.
  2. SR (team) Sales count as 40% target credit for PRM. No 5% incentive on this 40% portion
  3. PRM may both manage SRs and sell directly. Only the direct portion earns the 5% incentive.
  4. Credit example: ₹90,000 direct ⇒ ₹90,000 credit; ₹1,50,000 via SRs ⇒ ₹60,000 credit (40%).
Payout & Carry-Forward Rules
  1. Salary unlock: ₹52,000 salary is released only when the monthly credited target of ₹3,27,600 is achieved.
  2. Carry-forward: Any monthly shortfall carries forward to the next month as pending.
  3. Deferred salary: The previous month’s salary is released when its pending target is fully covered and the current month’s full target is also achieved.
  4. Direct Incentive (5%): Paid every month on realized direct sales only, regardless of salary unlock/target completion. No 5% is paid on SR-credited 40% portion.
  5. Realization: Sales are counted after payment realization/return window per company policy.
Strategy: build SR team for scalable credit (40% weight) and close direct sales for 5% incentive + full credit.
