Credit & Incentive Logic
- Direct Customer Sales → 100% target credit and 5% direct incentive is paid on every realized direct sale, whether or not the monthly target is completed.
- PMM Sales (team) count as 40% target credit for SR. No 5% incentive on this 40% credit
- SR may both manage PMMs and sell directly. Only the direct portion earns the 5% incentive.
- Credit example: ₹80,000 direct ⇒ ₹80,000 credit; ₹1,00,000 via PMMs ⇒ ₹40,000 credit (40%).
Payout & Carry-Forward Rules
- Salary unlock: ₹32,500 salary is released only when the monthly credited target of ₹2,04,300 is achieved.
- Carry-forward: Any monthly shortfall carries forward to the next month as pending.
- Deferred salary: The previous month’s salary is released when its pending target is fully covered and the current month’s full target is also achieved.
- Direct Incentive (5%): Paid every month on realized direct sales only, regardless of salary unlock/target completion. No 5% is paid on PMM-credited 40% portion.
- Realization: Sales are counted after payment realization/return window per company policy.
Strategy: build PMMs for scalable credit (40% weight) and close direct sales for 5% incentive + full credit.
